1. What is the difference between Regular and Educational subscription?

School teachers are eligible to Educational subscription, which is a discounted version of Regular subscription. If you choose Educational subscription we will contact you to obtain data concerning your educational institution.  

2. How does the billing system work?

Subscription billing period which you have chosen starts on the day you pay for your subscription. Thereafter you will be billed on the same day every year in case you choose to auto- renew your subscription at the end of the billing period.

3. How do I pay for the subscription?

Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you purchase a subscription through your Edynco account and will cover the use of the service for the billing period as indicated.

4. What if I need more student seats?

We offer a custom subscription plan which includes the number of student seats you actually need. Please contact us to get a quote.

5. Can I downgrade my subscription?

Any downgrade is possible by sending us a request. If you decide you want to downgrade your subscription during the current billing period, the change will be considered in the next billing period.

6. What is included in Free plan?

You can create 5 Learning Maps. If you want to attach documents / files from your local computer into your Learning Maps, you can upload them into your Edynco storage which has limit of 200 MB. You can also form private groups with up to 10 students, where you can privately share your Learning Maps.

All Learning Maps you create may appear in Edynco gallery and will be available to anyone who has internet access. You can share your Learning Maps by a unique URL address or embed code freely.

7. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription inside your Edynco account at any time. Note that your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing period.

8. What happens with my materials when my subscription expires?

You will still have access to your Edynco account, but only with the possibility of creating or editing Learning Maps or Groups without sharing them with your students.

All your Learning Maps can be exported from Edynco despite of expired subscription.

9. How secure is my data?

We will keep your Personally Identifiable Information secure consistent with current industry standards. Security of your Personally Identifiable Information is of utmost concern to us. Personally Identifiable Information, once transmitted to us, will be stored on computers that only selected personnel and contractors have access to via password, and/or on web hosting servers maintained by Hetzner Online AG, which employs its own physical and network security measures. Your Edynco contents are limited-access, where access is gained through an obscured URL system. This obscured URL makes it difficult if not impossible for a third party to access the URL address of your content without an invitation from you including the relevant URL.

10. Are there any setup or cancellation fees?

There are no setup or cancellation fees.

11. Is there a contract?

There is no contract.

12. What kind of support do I get?

All paid subscriptions have e-mail support. You can also use our User support on our website where you can also find tutorials.
